Young dancers participating in Cora Dance Alleghany’s weekly Youth Intensives over the past five months share their growth and artistry in a culminating performance at the Historic Masonic Theatre, featuring the newly formed Cora Youth Company (CYC). Dancers will be performing works choreographed by Z’Yanah Gonzalez, Ross Honaker, Shannon Hummel, and Ammara Shafqat. Cora Dance expresses gratitude to the dancers, their families, the Alleghany Highlands YMCA, the Boys Home of Virginia, the Clifton Forge School of the Arts, the Historic Masonic Theatre, and the entire Alleghany Highlands community for their support.
